A service designer, graphic designer and project manager with a particular interest in collaborating across disciplines to address societal challenges. With two decades of experience in the creative sector designing digital products, exhibitions, services and identities, I have developed a creative flair that is balanced with a strong critical approach. A human centred methodology combined with senstitivity means that I get to the core of the problem and find relevant design solutions. Attention to detail along with a dedication and commitment to all projects I work on means that I consistently produce successful projects.
I love spending my spare time in the Icelandic wilderness and working on participatory community projects.
I like doing…
DESIGN THINKING • USER CENTRED DESIGN • DESIGN RESEARCH

I love to teach
I have been lucky to teach as a visiting lecturer at the Iceland University of the Arts where I designed and taught a six week BA Visual Communication course, ‘Utopia’, where students created projects that used visual communication for social change and activism. I was also invited to teach on ‘Together’, a successful social design course, attracting international exchange students to participate.
